Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing, procurement, packing, dispatch or transportation.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team with:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Reason for cancellation

After the applicable cancellation window, Rahul Enterprises HYD may not be able to cancel an order if:

• The order has already been processed.
• The product has been procured specifically for the customer.
• The product has been packed.
• The product has been dispatched.
• Transportation has commenced.
• The product has been customized or altered.
• The product has been specially ordered from a manufacturer or supplier.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Incorrect product information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Delivery restrictions
• Supplier or manufacturer issues
• Technical errors
• Other circumstances preventing successful fulfilment

Partial cancellation may be considered depending on the order status and product category. Partial cancellation may not be possible once the relevant product has been processed, procured, packed or dispatched.

For eligible cancellations, refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval. The actual credit time may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank or financial institution.
