Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification. Standard orders may require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Certain products may require additional processing time due to manufacturer availability, special procurement, product size, weight, packaging requirements, customization or supplier location.

Rahul Enterprises HYD may provide delivery within selected locations based on product category and logistics feasibility. Some products may have location-specific delivery restrictions. Customers should enter their PIN code or contact us to confirm delivery availability where required.

Certain building and home-improvement products may require special transportation because of their size, weight or fragility. Additional transportation, handling or delivery charges may apply and will be communicated before order fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including name, house/flat number, building or project name, street/locality, city, state, PIN code and contact number.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment has to be reattempted because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability.

Customers are advised to inspect the package and product at the time of delivery wherever possible. If a product appears damaged, broken or incorrect, please photograph or video the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, supplier delays, product shortages or address-related issues.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or access to the location is restricted, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Delivery does not automatically include installation, assembly, fitting or labour services unless expressly stated in the product listing, quotation or order confirmation.
